The primary objective of collecting your personal information is to allow you to access the MSI website and product/services offered by this online platform, to record your details required by us, and to provide you information about the latest discounts, offers, events, and promotions.  Cyberattacks targeted at your household that were blocked.  MSI device operational status, uptime, and performance information.

MSI is a US based company and generally information is processed and stored on US based computers and facilities including third-party services such as web-hosting sites. By accessing or using the MSI products, services, or websites, or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries and territories, which may have different privacy laws from your country of residence.


SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We will not share personal information about you, or your use of MSI products, services, or website, with any third party, except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Website. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, if you create an account on MSI website, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.


INFORMATION RETENTION

MSI may retain your information after you request deletion for longer periods for specific purposes to the extent that we are obliged to do so in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and/or as necessary to protect our legal rights or for certain business requirements. For example, when we process your payments, we will retain this data for longer periods of time as required for tax or accounting purposes.  Security, fraud & abuse prevention – to protect you, other people, and us from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
